This was a cool simfile. The phrases were overall well-handled and I really the bravery you took in applying breaks during the later phrases. The main turn-off for me in this chart is the synth; the placement did not flow pleasantly for some reason and just felt really clunky; the patterning was also excessively repetitive. Avoid cutting-n-pasting by the way; this is a habit that I notice a lot in your files, and I feel that your files would feel less like a rush job if you distinguished similar phrases apart from each other.
But overall I enjoyed People Of The World. Polish up the synth phrases a bit more next time, and you'll be right on the mark.
